It was extremely difficult.

I did eventually grab my phone but not for scrolling on Instagram, or watching YouTube.

But to write down everything in my mind.

I opened the notes app and started to type.

I typed furiously, pouring out everything in my mind.

I didn’t sleep that night until 3: 00 AM.

After typing for hours.

I found what I needed to do every day.

I found the solutions to all your problems.

I found the deepest reasons behind why I’m going through negative emotions.

The thing I did that night was journaling.

After that night. I decided to journal every single night.

I even created a framework for journaling.

Here is how it looks:

First, I write down about my day. If anything interesting happened that day I’ll write it down. Like a short story.
Then, I write down all the mistakes I made that day and how I can avoid making them tomorrow.
I write down my to-do list for the next day.
I write down at least 5 things I’m grateful for.
Finally, if I feel like continuing. I’ll start writing random stuff.

After doing this for more than 90 days I got numerous benefits.

Journaling changed my life.

And it can do the same for you.

What is my ultimate life goal?
Why I’m doing what I’m doing every day and where it is taking me? Is it the place I want to go? If not, why I’m doing it? Is it because of external pressure?
What habits do I need to cultivate to become the best version of myself?
What skills do I need to acquire to achieve my goals?
What skills do I need to acquire to make a shit ton of money?
How to acquire those skills?
What are the actions I need to take every single day to acquire those skills?
